Spa etiquette
To respect the spa environment for all of our guests please speak softly in our relaxation areas and treatment rooms. Cellular phones, alcohol, and food are not permitted in the spa.

What to Wear and Bring
Guests staying in the Resort are welcome to wear the robe from their room, otherwise a robe and slippers are available at the spa. Our therapists use professional draping techniques to ensure your absolute comfort and privacy at all times. Please bring a swimsuit to use the outdoor pool, hot tub, steam cave and sauna. We recommend that jewelry not be worn to the Spa.

Appointment Times
We highly recommend arriving 30 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment time in order to take advantage of the facilities, and enjoy a few moments of calm in the relaxation area. Please keep in mind that should you arrive late we will still need to complete the service at the originally scheduled time in consideration of our next guest.

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in service prices. Gratuities may be added at time of payment or can be room charged.

Cancellation Policy
We have reserved this time especially for you. In the event that you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us 48 hours prior to your scheduled service time to avoid being charged 50% of the service cost. A valid credit card is required to hold all spa bookings.

Health conditions
At the Kingfisher Oceanside Spa, we want you to enjoy a safe, nurturing and relaxing experience. Some of our services are not recommended for our guests with certain health conditions such as allergies, high blood pressure and thyroid conditions. More serious health conditions require a doctor’s permission, please inquire before booking your experience.
