Catherine Reid completed her Ashtanga teacher training in 2004 with Trinity Yoga and is also registered with The Yoga Alliance. Catherine combines a light-hearted and entertaining manner with a deep respect for the ancient wisdom and sanctity of yoga's principles. Catherine encourages her students to take their yoga off the mat and into their daily lives.
Lynn Brandon is a registered Physiotherapist, Acupuncture Practitioner and Certified STOTT Pilates Trainer. She has been in practice since 1986 and involved with the fitness industry as a Course Instructor as well as Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and since 2003, a Pilates Trainer. Her passion is to help others create better movement quality and efficiency to prevent injury and pain, restore daily function and propel participants to reach their peak potential in a safe, effective and enjoyable manner.
Tanya Sedunow has been leading classes at the Kingfisher since 2007. She is a Yoga Alliance registered instructor with well over 400 hours of training and thousands of hours of teaching experience. She conducts a diverse array of classes in the Comox Valley from Power Yoga to Therapeutic classes. This enables her to skilfully teach a multi level class in which the beginning student can feel comfortable, and the experienced one find the challenge or adjustments they are seeking.
