The Starfish Yoga Studio is nestled near the beach in front of our Spa building and has a view of the ocean, marine life, and nearby Sandy (Tree) Island, all with the Coast mountain range as an awe-inspiring backdrop.

The Starfish Yoga Studio’s décor is naturally elegant with sand tones, a soft cork floor, an in-laid starfish made with cherry wood, and a beach rock fireplace for those cool fall and winter mornings. With such close proximity to the ocean, the Starfish Yoga Studio features windows and 3 skylights to bring in warming natural light and the wondrous view.

Yoga Studio Rates

  • Single Class $14* per Class
  • 10 Class Punch Pass $120

Access: Yoga class in the Starfish Studio, and use of the outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, steam cave, sauna and change room facilities.

*For an additional $10. you are welcome to use the Fitness Studio.

Body Works Pilates

Hatha Yoga

Good Morning Yoga

Wake up those stiff and sleepy muscles with a variety of poses. Create flexibility, strength, and improved balance.  Feel energized all day.

Restorative Yoga

This relaxing practice uses a variety of props to support the body to rest deeply.  Participants often leave the class looking younger, and feeling calm and refreshed.

Gentle Yoga

Using props and suggested modifications of poses, this class is perfect for those just exploring yoga, or those who prefer a slow and gentle approach.
