The Kingfisher Oceanside Resort & Spa is the perfect location to start a new chapter in your life together.
The Kingfisher Resort offers 3 wedding ceremony sites.
Beachfront
Exchange your vows with the spectacular view of Gartley Bay and the Coastal Mountain Range in your backdrop. This is our most popular wedding site and can accommodate seating for up to 40 guests.
Inner Courtyard
Our beautiful gardens provide a natural setting for your outdoor wedding ceremony. This wedding site offers space for a maximum of 110 people.
Sandpiper Room
An intimate, indoor wedding setting; The Sandpiper Room has a beach rock fireplace and amazing ocean view.
All wedding ceremonies include:
- Set up and take down
- Signing table and chair
- White plastic folding chairs
- Wrought iron archway
- Rock stanchion flower pots
- Use of the property for wedding photos
- Wedding event signage
- Day of direction
Up to 20 guests: $700 21 to 60 guests: $900 61 to 110 guests: $1200
Wedding Reception Venues
We offer 2 indoor function spaces for your wedding reception. Alternatively, tents can be set up in our Inner Courtyard for an outdoor dinner reception. Our Dining Room is also available to buy-out, for an exclusive wedding party.
The Kingfisher Resort does not charge a reception fee. Instead, we ask that you commit to a minimum amount of food and beverages. If the value enjoyed is less than the minimum required for use of that space, the difference will be posted to your account as a room rental.
Sandpiper Room
Fabulous ocean view, beach rock fireplace, and can accommodate an intimate gathering of up to 35 people.
$3,500 min. food and beverage
Kingfisher Room
The 1200 sq. ft. Kingfisher Room can comfortably seat parties up to 64 people.
$6,000 min. food and beverage
Inner Courtyard
Take advantage of a beautiful summer evening by enjoying your dinner reception in our Inner Courtyard. Available June – September only. Perfect for mid-size weddings of 65 to 110 guests.

All wedding receptions include:
- Set up and take down
- Private bar and bartender
- Ivory linens (Sandpiper and Kingfisher room receptions also include ivory chair covers and ties)
- Assistance with wedding rentals and planning
- Banquet service staff
- Podium and microphone
- Cake table
You have full access to the wedding reception venue starting at 9am on the day of your wedding. For an additional charge, you may have the space to decorate the evening prior. All wedding festivities must end by 11pm.
Rehearsal Dinner
The Kingfisher Oceanside Resort & Spa is the ideal location to host your pre-wedding celebration. Enjoy our spectacular ocean view and creative west-coast cuisine, in a casual environment.
Post Wedding Brunch
Our weekly Sunday Brunch is an excellent way to socialize with friends and family after your wedding. Brunch is served from 9:00am to 1:30pm; A full selection of hot and cold entrees, salads, and desert table.
Gift Opening
The Sandpiper Room offers a private space, with a fantastic view, to hold a gift opening. Our Culinary Team can prepare a casual appetizer selection or a full lunch service for your guests.
